Pre-Marriage Counselling Concepts Covered Include:

• Understanding what a healthy marriage model looks like

• Exploring safety in relationships

• Identifying reactive cycles and how to respond effectively

• Caring for ourselves when we’re dysregulated

• Practicing heart talks vs work talks

• Learning “no losers, win-win” problem solving

• Applying Bowen Family Systems Therapy principles to improve patterns across generations and strengthen relational functioning

 

Natalie is the first Australian to be trained as a Focus Marital Therapist (expected to be certified by March 2026), and currently the only one delivering this integrated program in Australia.

Program Options & Fees (Face-to-Face on the Gold Coast Only)

• One-Day Intensive - 7 hours: $1,400

• Two-Day Intensive - 12 hours total - 7 hours Day 1; 5 hours Day 2: $2500

• One session at a time: $200 per hour (recommends a minimum of 6 two hour sessions)

• Morning & afternoon teas (intensives only)

• 45-minute lunch break (self-catered; cafes & parks nearby)

• Relationship assessments to guide therapy

• Handouts, handbook & take-home gift

• Email summary of sessions

 

Extra Benefits for couples who book intensives:

• Two discounted maintenance sessions: 60-min each, $170 (normally $200), online or face-to-face

 

Booking & Payments

• Intensives offered on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays

• Full payment due 7 days before the session

• Cancellation within 7 days: 50% of the fee payable

 

Travel Recommendations

• Arrive at least one day prior to the session

• Consider staying an extra day or two for reflection & relaxation

• Local accommodation suggestions available in Varsity Lakes or Robina
